— Dallas Historic Landmark added to CNL’s property management portfolio —
(DALLAS, Tex.) Jan. 3, 2012 – CNL Commercial Real Estate has been selected to provide property management services for Old Parkland, one of the premier office campuses in Dallas.
“We are thrilled to expand our relationship with Crow Holdings and look forward to enhancing the experience at such a unique office campus as Old Parkland,” said Jimmy Grisham, Southwest managing director for CNL Commercial Real Estate.
Old Parkland is currently comprised of four buildings totaling 170,000 square feet and has capacity for additional development. The original Parkland Hospital opened in 1894 on the site, and the existing Old Parkland building was constructed in 1913. The Nurse’s Quarters was added in 1922. In 1987, The Old Parkland building and front park were designated as a Dallas Historic Landmark.
An affiliate of Crow Holdings acquired the property in 2006 and re-opened the Old Parkland building in 2009.
In addition to Old Parkland, CNL provides a variety of real estate services for approximately 2 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
